TechServe Alliance 2018 took place in sunny Bonita Springs, FL where innovators convened to reveal their latest and greatest technological advancements. This high-profile, engaging and information-rich conference energized and inspired executives, sales and recruiting teams alike who connected with industry leaders and peers from across the U.S. to discuss the trends, strategies, technologies and challenges shaping our industry.
Participation at TechServ Alliance 2018
TechServe Alliance 2018 was a more intimate event in scope but offered attendees that ability to review new technology and speak directly with colleagues about industry trends to identify new outlets to plug into their organization. At the event we showcased our entire range of background check services for the US and internationals markets as we all our In-house ATS product Talentnow and how it can, along with our Background screening offerings, automate and streamline hiring for HR professionals.

A full schedule of educational sessions, forums, and workshops at the event provided insights into strategies to create operational efficiency and drive organizational growth.
Who Did We Interact With
We spoke to a number of different staffing companies that specialize in all job categories from healthcare, IT, and light industrial as we align ourselves with their needs for screening and ATS software solutions. We showcased our expertise in the background screening space with client case studies. We also explained how our ATS product Talentnow can drive efficiency in their overall hiring process.
Response To Our Offerings
Clients were eager to hear what we had to offer from a product and service perspective. Attendees were delighted to learn that our customer support at cFIRST is agile enough to respond to service needs like package changes and search additions within a few hours, rather than days or weeks like their current providers. Visitors to our booth liked the RecruitX user interface, integrations with job boards, social media, email/calendars, and were happy to know that as recruiting practices evolve to SMS and video conferencing trends we are meeting that demand. Most people we interacted with were eager to continue the dialog initiated at the event to discuss ways to benefit from our expertise in the recruitment and background screening domain.
