Participation at Staffing World 2018
Staffing World 2018 was a sold out exhibit hall for hundreds of Expo attendees to review trending and cutting edge technology for their front middle and back office processes. Networking and learning from industry peers to identify new methodology to tackle past, present, and future operational challenges. At the event we showcased our entire range of background check services for the US and international markets as we all our In-house ATS product Talentnow and how it can, along with our Background screening offerings, automate and streamline hiring for HR professionals.
Themes of Discussion
Daily agendas included educational workshops around sales, building teams, retaining talent, legislation and the trending topic of blockchain technology. Presentation sessions in the Tech Park included topics ranging from how to gain a competitive advantage through effective background screening to how SMS text technology can be integrated into sourcing strategy.
Who Did We Interact With
We spoke to a number of different staffing companies that specialize in all job categories from healthcare, IT, and light industrial as we align ourselves with their needs for screening and ATS software solutions. We planted seed for other screening vendors to be suppliers for their India business based off of our expertise and history in the region. Also, we discussed possible integration of our screening services in other ATS software like Bullhorn, Tempworks, and JobDiva.
Response To Our Offerings
Clients were eager to hear what we had to offer from a product and service perspective. Attendees were delighted to learn that our customer support at cFIRST is agile enough to respond to service needs like package changes and search additions within a few hours, rather than days or weeks like their current providers. Visitors to our booth liked the RecruitX user interface, integrations with job boards, social media, email/calendars, and were happy to know that as recruiting practices evolve to SMS and video conferencing trends we are meeting that demand. Most people we interacted with were eager to continue the dialog initiated at the event to discuss ways to benefit from our expertise in the recruitment and background screening domain.
